Welcome to Maia’s gorgeous dining space – light and airy by day, atmospheric by night – where sumptuous interiors bear subtle design references to the stylish Swinging Sixties.
Brasserie-style menu offers reimagined Italian classics for every meal occasion. Throughout the day, from breakfast and brunch through to lunch, afternoon tea, aperitivo and all the way to dinner, tempting dishes such as scallops with sea kale and pea puree; 28-day dry-aged casterbridge rib eye in red wine jus or spaghetti vongole are conjured using the finest ingredients by Michelin-trained Head Chef, Mauro di Leo.
Light and healthy alternatives like the cauliflower vegan burger or a nutrition-packed goddess salad are designed by experts for those pursuing nutritional excellence.
Set in its smart Knightsbridge surroundings, Maia is the place to while away an afternoon over the freshest and tastiest of finger sandwiches, pillowy-soft scones piled high with clotted cream and jam and a selection of delightful handmade Italian pasticcini. All with a glass of Champagne, of course.
Crafted according to our own closely-guarded recipes, our cakes and bakes are produced with passion, skill and that special Italian flair for flavour.
From moreish bakes such as Sicilian brioche with Nutella cream to delicate pasticcini in seasonally-changing flavours like this winter’s ‘must-have’ chestnut cream, cakes can be enjoyed over tea in the stylish dining room or taken away in a beautiful designer box. Both style statement and the perfect gift.
Maia is proud to offer a groundbreaking menu of cocktails that evolve Italian classics into the extraordinary and new.
Master of mixology and globally renowned drinks expert, Richard Woods, has painstakingly brought to life a cocktail list entirely exclusive to Maia and one to suit the most refined of palates. Tried and tested favourites come with surprising and delicious twists. Excellent with an aperitivo or two! A tempting selection of refreshing mocktails is also available.
Italian classics that rotate with the seasons are given a light touch by Head Chef Mauro Di Leo. Our menus offer wide appeal from expertly-cooked fish and seafood to hearty steaks. And our pasta is loved by all those who try it. Sensational ingredients brought together with Italian flare make MAIA’s menus deliciously unforgettable.
It’s that in-between time. Not quite dinner but just far enough from lunch to merit a delicious lite bite. From 5pm to 8pm our Aperitivo offers a delicious haven, a stop gap to be filled with one of our delicious cocktails, some charcuterie or perhaps a soft shell crab mini-burger. A great way to continue the day’s business away from your desk.
